1 · Talk
It starts with a free conversation. No pitch. Tell us what's slow, what's manual, what's missing. If it isn't worth fixing, we'll say so.
2 · Discover
If it is, we run a paid, fixed-scope discovery and hand you the plan: what to build, how, and what it'll cost. You paid for it, so you own it.
3 · Build
From there it's your call. Take the plan in-house and build it yourself, or we carry on and build it for you, proving it on your real data as we go.
4 · Run
Either path lands the same place: a system running in production, on your infrastructure or ours, documented and handed over.

We run it too
Our own operations run on a hybrid stack: local inference where it matters, cloud where it makes sense, agent orchestration, an append-only audit trail. Production daily, not a demo. If we recommend it, we're already running it, and if you'd rather not run infrastructure yourself, yours can live on ours.
